Several rounds fired into a home narrowly missed a 22-month-old boy and four adults about 9 p.m. Thursday on Amanda Way off Old Nashville Highway, sheriff’s deputies reported.

One round penetrated the kitchen cabinet of the home, Deputy Mike Hoekstra reported. Deputies found three shell casings on nearby Maple Street.

Video cameras at the home showed someone firing several rounds from a moving vehicle, the deputy reported.

Detectives Scott Tillman and Steven Craig collected evidence at the scene but need more information about the case.

Anyone who knows the identity of the shooters or other information is asked to call Tillman at 904-3041 or Craig at 904-3071.
