SHELBY “PAPA JACK” ENGLE, SR. age 72 of Murfreesboro died Saturday June 12, 2010.
He was a native of Mississippi and the son of the late, Shelby Ross Engle and Essie Mae Burcham Engle. He was a member of Walter Hill Baptist Church and worked in construction as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
He is survive by his wife, Elizabeth Engle; children, Angela Allen, Ann Cool, Jack Engle, Jr., and Jeff Engle; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, three sisters, and one brother.
Graveside service will be 1PM Monday at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 11AM till 12:30PM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna 459-3254 www.woodfinchapel.com
