The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) Nashville Chapter has elected Scott Abernathy to serve as president for the 2010 year.
Abernathy is associated with Prudential Property Management of Murfreesboro. He is a third-party manager for more than 200 residential properties in Rutherford County. A licensed Realtor since 1992, Abernathy has served customers in the local market throughout his real estate career.
Abernathy previously served as the vice president and vendor chairman of the NARPM Nashville Chapter. He is also a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Middle Tennessee Realtors Association.
The NARPM® Nashville represents the residential real estate property managers in the Nashville Metropolitan area. It provides networking, education, certification and public relations services to professionals within the residential property management arena.
