All Rutherford County middle schools will hold an orientation night for new students Tuesday, May 3 beginning at 6 p.m.

This is a new event the middle school principals planned to help parents and students with the transition to middle school.

Parents and students should attend the orientation at their zoned middle school and are encouraged to utilize the orientation night to gain an introduction to middle school, get answers to specific questions and take a tour of the schools.
