Dr. Graf Hilgenhurst has received a certificate of need from the state of Tennessee to establish an ambulatory surgery center, located in Smyrna.

The Tennessee Health Services and Development Agency has granted approval for Rutherford County's first ambulatory surgery center dedicated to interventional pain management.

Precision Pain Care, the medical practice of Hilgenhurst, provides minimally invasive procedures to treat pain related disorders, including back and neck pain, as well as other joints such as shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and ankles.

All procedures are performed using advanced fluoroscopic technology to ensure precise treatment at the source of pain.

Hilgenhurst is board certified in anesthesiology, as well as pain medicine.

He is president of the Tennessee Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and an instructor for the International Spine Intervention Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. In this role, Hilgenhurst provides training in interventional spine and pain procedures for other medical doctors.
