Monday, Feb. 28 is the deadline to pay 2010 Rutherford County Property Taxes without penalty and interest.

Envelopes postmarked by the Feb. 28 will not accrue penalty and interest. 

Taxpayers can search and pay taxes online at www.rctrustee.com.  There is a convenience fee to pay with a credit or debit card.

The Trustee’s Office is open from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday in Suite 102 of the Historic Courthouse in Murfreesboro.

The Smyrna Office is open 8 am until 4 pm (lunch 12:30 to 1:00) Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from October thru February. The Trustee’s Office in Smyrna is located in the Rutherford County Clerk’s Building on I street off Weakley Lane in Smyrna.
