Ruby Nadine Owen Jones, 75, of Murfreesboro, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at her home.
Born in Warren County, Tenn., she is survived by three children Angela (William) James of Woodland Community, Cliff Bogle Jr. of Murfreesboro and Kathy Landrith of California; four grandchildren Jennifer (Samuel) Alford, Caleb Peck, Jacquelyn Corcran, and Shane Ferrell; great-grandchildren Zachary Alford, Olivia, Sarah, Alana and Madelyn Corcran; special caregivers Dewana Hale, Mildred & Billy Briley, Lucinda Finely; neighbor Gene Stats; and friend Judy Reed.
Ms. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Colonel Owen & Bertha Talbert Owen, her husband, William Jones & her brother, Milburn Owen.
She was a member of the Church of Christ and a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, canning and spending time with her grandchildren, her cats and dogs.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, March 23. Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 24 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Interment will be in Talbert Cemetery. Minister: Bro. Al Bugg, Jr.
