Rotary to hold annual pancake breakfast



The Murfreesboro Rotary Club will be holding their 7th annual Pancake Breakfast from 7-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Middle Tennessee Christian School cafeteria. This event is the annual fundraiser for the Murfreesboro Rotary Club and the proceeds will be used to fund various club projects including: Books from Birth, Greenhouse Ministries – The Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, Youth Exchange, Center for the Arts, PETS (Personal Energy Transportation), Oakland High School Interact Club and The Rotary Foundation – Polio Eradication. Members of the Murfreesboro Rotary Club provide volunteers and participate in multiple Red Cross Blood Drives annually, trash pickup on the Lytle Creek Greenway, Fenton Payne & Fred 5K Run, Red Cross disaster responders, Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, Salvation Army bell ringers and Uncle Dave Macon Days. MTCS is located at 100 E. MTCS Blvd. off Memorial Drive. Tickets are only $5 and they may be purchased from any member of the Murfreesboro Rotary Club or at the door.
