Roscoe Brown, Inc. recently received the 2011 Carrier Corporation’s President’s Award, one of the manufacturer’s highest honors for its local dealers.
The Middle Tennessee-based company was selected and honored at an April 1 ceremony in Las Vegas.
“Roscoe Brown has successfully demonstrated ongoing technical expertise, while serving as a leader in promoting the Carrier brand and raising the standard for HVAC equipment sales,” said Bob McDonough, president, Residential and Commercial Systems, Carrier Corp. “Moreover, this dealership is committed to service excellence and provides exceptional customer care – going above and beyond the call of duty in the industry with a solid, consumer-focused work ethic.”
The President’s Award is the highest honor for Carrier dealers. The award provides the opportunity for recipients to serve as role models and leaders among the dealer community, share “best practices” and offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence across all Carrier dealerships.
Norman Brown, president of Roscoe Brown, Inc., said, “We are proud to be selected once again as the recipient of the President’s Award. It is especially gratifying to be recognized for our hard work and commitment to our customers. This is always what we have been about, and we sincerely appreciate the recognition.”
