MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- Elizabeth “Liz” Stuard has joined Roscoe Brown Inc. as a service and sales representative, company officials recently announced.
In this new position, Stuard will work closely with current and new heating and air conditioning customers on one-time repairs, as well as scheduled fall and spring maintenance of their systems.
“We are very pleased to welcome Liz Stuard to our team,” said Norman Brown, president of Roscoe Brown. “(Her) sole focus is going to be on communicating with our customers and making sure they have the services they need from us to stay cool in summer and warm in winter.”
Stuard, who is a graduate of La Vergne High School, has more than 17 years of experience in scheduling, service and sales within the industry. In the past, she has worked for ARS Rescue and AAA Auto Club South in Nashville in similar capacities.
“I am really excited about joining Roscoe Brown,” Stuard said. “I am a very detail-oriented and organized person, and this is the perfect job for me. I love to own my job and really dedicate myself to making sure all of the details are covered. I especially enjoy getting to know customers and making sure they always are satisfied with our service.”
