The following road projects will affect traffic in Murfreesboro during the week beginning March 1:

Road conditions are shown every hour on Channel 3.

• Murfreesboro Electric Department will be trimming trees on Highland Avenue from Greenland Drive to Northfield Boulevard from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Friday.

MED will also trim trees from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday on Clark Boulevard fro Memorial Boulevard and Highland Avenue.

Use alternate routes, if possible.

• Richardson Avenue is closed as Murfreesboro’s Water and Sewer Department replaces a sewer line.

The street, between Vine and State streets, is open to local traffic only.

The department will have the road closed for two more weeks, weather permitting.
