Riverdale student accused of fondling three girls at school

TMP Reports

Parents or guardians of three 14-year-old Riverdale High female students, reportedly fondled sexually by a 17-year-old male student, took out juvenile petitions against him last week.

The 17-year-old was charged with two counts of sexual battery and two counts of assault.

A mental evaluation was ordered during a Juvenile Court hearing.

Riverdale School Resource Officer Phil Brooks received information from one of the girls last week about a Sept. 5 incident in which the young man pulled a victim’s hair, then put his hand up her shirt touching her breasts and attempting to undo her bra.

During Brooks’ investigation last week, two other girls came forward with reports of physical and sexual assaults that took place on Aug. 12 and Aug. 29.

Brooks assisted the parents in obtaining juvenile petitions.
