Red State Update comes to Nashville in own town hall meeting

TMP Reports

Murfreesboro’s only political pundits, Red State Update’s Jackie Broyles and Dunlap, will make a special appearance in the run up to John McCain and Barack Obama will hold a nationally televised town hall meeting at Belmont University. The presidential candidates will square off Tuesday, Oct. 7, but Oct. 6, Red State Update will show 'em how it's done at Nashville’s historic Belcourt Theater. On the eve of the presidential candidates' invasion of their home turf, Jackie and Dunlap fulfill their patriotic duty by offering Americans a real choice when it comes to town hall meetings. “McCain and Obama are the two most boring people this side of the revamped ‘At The Movies’," Jackie and Dunlap said. The evening will have controversial issues, questions from the audience, songs, puppets and a special appearance by Murfreesboro’s Cripple Creek Cloggers. No Hope. No Change. No Brokaw. Free admission for presidential candidates. Protesters arrested on sight. Tickets are on sale now at the Belcourt box office, 615-383-9140 or www.belcourt.org.
