MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- The Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors has awarded John Turner of Bob Parks Realty, Northfield, the 2013 Rutherford County Code of Ethics Award of Excellence.

Living in Rutherford County since he was 5 years old, Turner has witnessed many changes in Murfreesboro over the years.

“The one thing that remains true is no matter how much growth Murfreesboro has sustained, it has still retained its small town charm,” he said. “I strive to treat my clients with these same small-town values you find in the Murfreesboro community: honesty, integrity, hard work and a caring attitude.”

This award is a testimonial to Turner’s character and integrity as a real estate agent and his honoring of the strict code of professionalism standards and practices, company officials said in a press release.

The association is a not-for-profit trade group serving more than 1,300 real estate professionals across Middle Tennessee. Its mission is to provide members with tools, training and support to ensure that all have the ability to become ethical, professional and successful agents.
