Raymond Lewis Jenkins, age 83 of Murfreesboro died Tuesday March 5, 2013.
He was a native of Oklahoma and was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Ann Jenkins; son, Raymond “Hotrod” Lewis Jenkins Jr.; grandson, Hugh “Rooster” Richard Startup Jr.; parents, Earl and Pearl Jenkins; sister, Norma Richardson. Mr. Jenkins was a member of Hoover’s Gap Church and former owner of Murfreesboro Truck Sales. Mr. Jenkins loved Center Hill Lake and owned a house boat on the lake for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Dell Wilson; daughter, Mary Jenkins-Kline and husband David; grandson, Bart Kline and wife Gabrielle; granddaughter, Noelle Kline and husband Kenny; great-grandson, Lucas Kline; great-granddaughter, Mary Kate Kline; step-daughter, Brit Murray and husband Bill; nephew, Michael Richardson and wife Lana; great-nephew, Lauden Richardson; great-neice, Meagan Richardson-Tacheny; dear friend, Pepper Fleming.
