LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on November 2, 2016, in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2016-455] to zone approximately 36.9 acres located along Asbury Lane and Asbury Road to PRD (Planned Residential District) simultaneous with annexation, as shown on the above illustration. The proposed PRD is called Kingsbury and would allow 156 single-family lots. The application is being made by Land Management Group, whose representative, Mr. Rob Molchan of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615) 890-7901 for additional information. A copy of the Kingsbury PRD program book is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in it all. nterested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893- 6441.
