NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS default has occurred by Ricky Wigginton and wife, Malina Wigginton, in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of that certain Promissory Note dated June 29, 2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing said Note, recorded June 30, 2006 in Record Book 637, Page 2111, Register's Office for Rutherford County, Tennessee conveying certain property therein described to Travis M.
