5 p.m.: Murfreesboro Gateway Commission meets in Conference Room 218 at City Hall, 111 W. Vine St.

Wednesday, Dec. 2
Noon: Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Commission meets in Council Chambers at City Hall.

4 p.m.: Murfreesboro City Board of Education holds a Special Meeting regarding selection of director of school.

7 p.m.: Murfreesboro Planning Commission meets in Council Chambers at City Hall.

Thursday, Dec. 3
7 p.m.: Murfreesboro City Council meets in Council Chambers at City Hall.
