Why would someone tell the police that their bong had been stolen? Those "tobacco" pipes sound slightly suspicious too. What a dope.

A WATER BONG??? ROFL!! "Help, Officer, my weed stash just got jacked!!" Hmmmmm...do we think that this might be drug related. Surely not.

Anyone notice one thing most of these incidents have in common? Guns. These crooks are stealing firearms left and right! And yet our genius lawmakers want you and me, honest law abiding citizens, to walk around places like the Greenway without the opportunity to defend ourselves? Oh wait, there's no guns allowed on the Greenway. I'm sure these folks brazenly breaking into people's homes have a high enough regard for the law to not carry where it's forbidden!

I'm sure that the Bong was for "tobacco use only". :)

thankyouforsmoking, Greenway or any other street in town, it doesn't matter. We're just not safe here anymore and since its not a revenue source our city council negelects it.
