Peers, McKenzie guide team over William and Mary

MONTGOMERY , Ala. - The Blue Raiders defeated William and Mary 4-1 on Saturday morning to round at play at the Blue Gray Tennis Classic. Middle Tennessee began the match by sweeping doubles. Sophomore John Peers and senior Robert McKenzie defeated Keziel Juneau and Sebastien Vidal 8-2 while senior Morgan Richard and junior Alex McCann won their match 8-4 over Ilja Orre and Varun Pandit. The Blue Raiders kept the pace in singles. McKenzie defeated Juneau 6-4, 6-3 while Peers won his match 6-2, 6-3 over Marwan Ramadan. Sophomore Kyle Wishing defeated Varun Pandit 6-4, 6-0 while McCann lost the only match for the Blue Raiders 6-2, 6-0 to Dominic Pagon.
