NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a certain Promissory Note Secured by Deed of Trust dated March 22, 2000 and the Deed of Trust of even date, recorded March 24, 2000 at Trust Deed Book B-613, pages 275-278 in the Register’s Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee, executed by Deborah Patton Tuma, conveying certain property therein described to William P.
