Default having been made in the payment of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by PERRY & ASSOCIATES, LLC, to Hugh M. Said sale will be made for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, and the undersigned Successor Trustee will deliver to the Purchaser a Successor Trustee's Deed conveying said property without any covenant or warranty expressed or implied but subject to all unpaid taxes and any liens which take priority as a matter of law, including City of Murfreesboro real property taxes for the years 2012 and 2013 and Rutherford County real property taxes for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
