SUBJECT to any and all matters of record affecting the subject property; all of the Register’s Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and the zoning regulations of the appropriate governmental body.

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated August 26, 2011, Stephanie Clark, unmarried conveyed to Caren C. WHEREAS, Stephanie Clark defaulted in payment of the indebtedness under the terms and provisions of said deed of trust and under the note secured thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me, I, KELLY H. BECHARD, as Substitute Trustee, will sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the above described real estate with all improvements thereon, on July 8, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., at the east door of the Courthouse in Murfreesboro, Rutherford County, Tennessee.
