Organizations across Tennessee are joining forces to help flood victims.

In Murfreesboro, families can attend a benefit concert this Sunday organized by The Well, featuring The Well Praise Team and Friends with Special Guest Jamie Harvill.

"A Night of Praise 2" Benefit Concert will be at Central Middle School, 701 E. Main St. in Murfreesboro at 6:30 Sunday, May 23. Pre-concert music and food provided by Logan’s Roadhouse start at 5:15 pm. Logan’s Roadhouse will donate food sales to Feed America First.

The concert is free and guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and bottled water to help Feed America First benefit flood victims and needy families.

A love offering will be collected for Feed America First.

Feed America First is a Middle Tennessee nonprofit organization focused upon helping to relieve hunger in small towns and rural areas in 54+ counties in Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, and North Alabama.

Director Tom Henry says "hunger will no longer be a problem in America when we refuse to allow our neighbors to go hungry."

Feed America First distributed more than 3 million pounds of food in 2009, and for each dollar donated they have been able to provide enough food for 12-15 meals.
