The following bizarre report was filed last week at Murfreesboro Police Department.

Scott Masse passed out last Sunday in his apartment at The Pointe on North Tennessee Boulevard. He awoke to find three men standing around him laughing, Officer Brian Anderson reported.

“Masse then realized someone had drawn a picture of a male genitalia on his face with black magic marker while he was asleep,” Anderson reported.

When he awoke, the three men identified as Zach Mangrum, Charles Searcy and Evan Revoir ran out of his apartment. He went outside to find out who wrote on his face.

Masse approached the three men, demanding to know who wrote on his face.

“During the argument, the three victims stated Mr. Masse pulled a pocket knife out of his pants, opened the blade and starting pointing the knife at all three of them,” Anderson reported. “Revoir stated Mr. Masse, while holding the knife, was yelling he was going to start cutting people until he found out who drew on his face.”

Anderson spoke with the four men. He charged Masse with three counts of aggravated assault.

The police report didn’t state if Masse ever found out who wrote on his face.

Now that be funny!

I would say whoever wrote on his face should also be charged with aggravated assault.

I don't think it's funny at all. I agree with you, devolver. They definitely should have been charged with something. Idiots.

Aggravated assault for a sharpie prank? That's ridiculous! That happened all the time when I was at University and it was always hilarious. It was always among friends and it was just as funny when it happened to me as anyone else. Get some soap, a washrag, and maybe some comet and he'll be good as new.

Kolk8:

Just sayin', the guy was in his home, was violated, like it or not, in TN that would constitute as ASSAULT. Now, go back to Fark, troller.

Alerting the fark masses.
He deserves to have the drawing tatoo'd on his face for life.
Pulling a knife.. what a COWARD.

Don't "pass out" and you don't get your face drawn own. Its that simple. Pressing charges for that would be foolish and Masse would only set himself up for more ridicule.

Why don't we sue the manufacturer of the magic marker? Don't they know that such things, if used improperly, could hurt someone's feelings? What's next-blaming companies who make spray paint for graffiti?

It was a joke, and therefore funny. Take it or leave it. The guy got all bent up out of shape and most likely still tanked up and came at his buddies with a knife. This is the type that goes postal later in life. Devolver and Geana you need to get to a humor awareness class soon. I'd also say the pranksters were in the house because they were invited, or had free run of the place since they were all friends. Maybe not anymore...LOL.

Joke or not, friends or not.I would have beat
crap out of them not cut them up, and still be friends though. If they pulled a joke that far and then called the law i doubt they were real friends at all. Not what I would call BIZARRE behavior just punk kids!Who can't handle their booze.

It depends on what, when, where and happened and who was behind the behavior, because there is a three foot rule and this guys space was violated and trespassed on.
