Girls Middle School Team Blackman: Tiera Norris — She's an eighth-grader who's shown great improvement for the league co-champions. With maturity and work she could be a dominant post player.
Blackman: Kelsey Nowlin — She's a quick eighth-grade guard. She's a fine athlete who can run the floor and distribute the ball. She's a solid defender.
Blackman: Katie Smith — She leads and makes other better. She has great size. She's a good athlete who can score and handles the ball. She tries hard. She'll cross the road and do well.
Central: Chelsey Hall — A seventh-grade point guard, she's often the leading scorer and is very quick.
Central: Ashley Henry — She's an eighth-grade forward who can play guard. She has a great feel for the game and shows up to play. She's a good scorer.
Christiana: Shacobia Barbee — She's a versatile seventh-grader who can play guard or forward. She carries an 11-point average and is a strong rebounder.
Christiana: Tyisha Petty — She's a sixth-grade guard with a 14-point average. She has a great future with work. She had 32 points in one game this season.
La Vergne: Toyree Watkins — Watkins is a good player at guard for a struggling team. She has serious ability. She'll emerge with serious work. She can shoot and penetrate.
Rock Springs: Destynee Horner — An eighth-grade forward, she's a terrific athlete and an honors student. She's the teams' best defensive player. She's a hustler with solid fundamentals.
Rock Spring: Alex Swope — She's an eighth-grade point guard who sees the floor. She's a competitor and good ball handler. She's a good driver and has a good outside shot.
Siegel: Shanice Cason — She's an eighth-grade press-breaking guard with speed. She's a three-year starter with smarts and talent. She plays defense, can lead and is a winner.
Siegel: Imani Chatman — She's an eighth-grader and three-year starter for the Cavaliers. She's a strong athlete and a high-percentage shooter with back-to-back double-doubles this season.
Siegel: Kelsey Naish — An inside player with tons of potential with work, she's an improving scorer and a terrific rebounder.
Smyrna: Antoinette Jenkins — She's an eighth-grade guard who plays with heart and is the heart of the team. She can play defense and create with the ball.
Stewarts Creek: Monica Brown — She's an eighth-grade forward who is a hard-working leader and a true student-athlete.
