Hearl E. Youngblood, age 87 of Auburntown, passed away Thursday Sept. 4, 2008 at Hartsville Convalescence Home. A native of WarrenCounty, he had lived in Auburntown since 1963. He was a farmer, member of the Church of Christ and a veteran having served in the U S Army in WWII. Mr. Youngblood was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Frances Bowers Youngblood; parents, Arcie and Nora Davenport Youngblood; brothers, Curtis, Hardy and Tandy Youngblood; sisters, Katie Bell Youngblood, Thelma Youngblood and Laura Mae Carney. He is survived by a son, David (Donna) Youngblood of Milton; daughters, Mary Nancy (Don) Freeman of Lebanon and Beverly (Kevin) Smith of Knoxville; sisters, Treva (Roy) Douglas of Winchester and Linus (B. F.) Carney of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Michael Youngblood, Michelle Farley, Gina Stacy and Shanna Webster and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral service for Mr. Youngblood will be 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008 at Jennings and Ayers Chapel with Teb Batey officiating. Burial will follow in Youngblood Family Cemetery in Centertown. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Jennings and Ayers, 820 S.
