Burt’s Blog 42- Three actions to improve


To see improvement that will stick here are three actions you can take this week to improve the quality of your life and the life of those you associate with:

1. Just for today-plan to use your time wisely with people and causes you deem worthy. Value your time in such a way that you don't waste any of it by focusing on any of the negative areas of life that will compound cancerous behaviors such as badmouthing others, tiny thinking, or confessing the weakness of those around you.

2. Just for today-accept full responsibility for the totality of your life. Today only think in terms of how YOU can improve, not those around you. Remember, anytime you think the problem is out there, that very thought is the problem. Focus on self.

3. Just for today-decide you will no longer run from the facts of your life. Accept and confront the brutal facts without losing faith that you can improve.
