New Website gives real estate clients an update

Bob Parks Realty has created iParks.net, a password-protected website for clients who are buying or selling a home in Middle Tennessee, according to Dan Austin, managing broker of the Bob Parks Murfreesboro-Northfield office.

The iParks.net enables clients to get an up-to-the-minute status report of their real estate transaction by viewing their agent's on line file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only clients and their Bob Parks Realty agents can view the site, and buyers and sellers are immediately notified via email when their iParks.net account has been updated.

"Our objective is to keep the client informed every step of the way in purchasing a home, and with this user-friendly website we have another tool to help us accomplish this goal," said Bob Parks.

The iParks.net documents information pertinent to the buying process of the real estate transaction, including links to full color spec sheets on all of the homes that match the buyer's personal profile. Agent notes on the properties allow buyers to easily recall and compare homes the buyer decides to tour.

"This feature is particularly helpful for corporate transferees who often must do a whirlwind tour of homes and need the organization iParks.net provides once they leave the area," said Bob Parks Realty CEO Sharon Langford. "Once a home is under contract, the iParks.net account serves as a checklist which promptly informs the buyer or seller as the agent completes each of the steps necessary to ensure a smooth and successful closing."
