He needs to make a campaign contribution to the local sheriff. He should then get a letter, stating how great he is, regardless of what he did. That money invested also guarantees a lighter sentence. If he had used a gun, the charge would be dropped.

What is the relevance of describing the suspect as a Tennessee National Guardsman? Unless he was wearing his uniform when the alleged incidents occurred, there is no relevance.
