Expect no lane closures Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. as a contractor paves the newly built section of Manson Pike from the bridge at the Overall Creek to Fortress Boulevard. There will be minor traffic interruptions.
Do expect lane closures on Fortress Boulevard between Blaze Drive and the new Manson Pike-Fortess intersection. Traffic has been reduced to two lanes (one lane each direction) on Fortress between Blaze and Chippewa Place. Monday at 9 a.m., the northbound and southbound traffic on Fortress will be shifted to the west side of Puckett Creek Bridge. Traffic control signs will be in place for this change at the bridge. The contractor will begin working on the east side of the bridge for the next couple of months.
Expect lane closures Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. as Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department will be replacing he sewer main along Obrien Drive between Bradyville Pike and Winston Place. Road closures and lane shifts will occur on Obrien and detour and appropriate traffic controls will be in place. Only local traffic will be allowed.
Expect lane closures Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. along Haynes Drive between Sulphur Springs and Regency Park as traffic will be reduced to one lane with flagmen on Haynes Drive at Sulphur Springs Road. The work entails re-aligning and widening the roadway to three lanes with a continuous turn lane and two-foot shoulder.
There won’t be any lane closures Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as the contractor for the CCTV expansion project begins installing overhead fiber optic cable lines on Old Fort Parkway between Veterans Parkway and Interstate-24 and Fortress Boulevard and on Fortress between Old Fort and Blaze.
No lane closures are expected on Veterans Parkway between Overall Creek Bridge and Highway 96 as paving continues Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Plating and casting adjustments will be made on Highland Avenue between Clark Boulevard and Lytle Street. Delays and other interruptions can be expected.
No lane closures are expected on North Maple Street between College and Lytle and on Lytle between North Maple Street and North Church as sidewalks are replaced on Maple, Lytle and North Church.
Expect lane closures Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as a contractor for the new Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce paves a right turn lane into the site off Medical Center Parkway. Westbound lanes will be reduced fro two lanes to one.
