What does your company produce? My law practice works with U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents and businesses that wish to bring either family or qualified employees to the U.S. Most often it is a spouse hoping to bring their spouse or children to the U.S., or a business that needs a specialized employee that is not available in the U.S or for which there is a shortage in the U.S.

What is your basic business philosophy? Do the best, most professional work you can for someone at a fair price. Never take advantage of them or rip them off.
Give us a sales pitch in 25 words or less: Unlike most immigration law firms or real estate title companies, I am available most every day to actually talk to my clients and answer their questions.
What is your proudest business achievement? I really enjoy uniting families. Of all the things that I have done, seeing the smile on the face of a spouse or child that knows that their mom/dad/child will soon be able to join them in the US is the best.

Tell us about your family: My wife is Tricia. We have a daughter, Ashton, and I have a step-son Caleb Pardue.
Who was your mentor? My mentor and my hero is my father. No one ever had a better dad. I will always be learning from him.
What is the most important thing going on now at your operation? Immigration reform is the most important thing. Regardless of your views on immigration, the entire system needs a major reform. It does not do enough to help families or businesses. It also does not do enough to stop illegal immigration. It is the only system that we have, but it needs fixing.
