What does your company produce? ServerMotion is a Web-hosting services provider. When you visit a Web site, the data on the Web site must be downloaded from a server located in a climate-controlled data center, connected to power sources backed up by generators and connected to the Internet via a large connection able to handle thousands of people requesting Web pages at once. Our target market is that of small and medium Internet businesses who require high availability of Internet hosting services with a team of support technicians who understand their business and are able to provide advanced technical solutions. ServerMotion fits the mold of both mainstream and high-availability hosting services.
What is your basic business philosophy? ServerMotion believes that the attitude of the hosting company is critical to the success. Our attitude is to help you make your hosting environment successful, which is evident in one of our core values: Your Success is Our Success.

What is your proudest business achievement? I am most proud that ServerMotion is a profitable company, bootstrapped from the ground up and has been profitable since day one.
What led you to Murfreesboro? Murfreesboro's unique location near Nashville, easy access to other large cities in the area such as Atlanta and the diversity offered by MTSU.
What is your educational background? I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting at MTSU.
Where are you originally from? I am originally from Kingsport, a small town in East Tennessee.
What do you do for fun? I enjoy running, playing drums and being actively involved in my church, World Outreach Church.
Who was your mentor? In East Tennessee, I had a unique opportunity to work with small and medium businesses as an IT consultant. Through this, I was able to make connections with many business owners and see a unique side of IT: the impact on the bottom line and the impact on a company's operations.
What is the most important thing going on now at your operation? We are currently expanding into the Latin American and European markets.
