Eric Parks will head up The Bank of Nashville’s Residential Construction Lending Division, the bank announced last week.

“With the rebound in the Middle Tennessee residential market we felt that it was time to expand our real estate division,” said Bill Glaus, manager of the Commercial Real Estate Division.

Parks has extensive real estate experience, most recently serving as vice president and relationship manager at Regions Financial Corp.

A native of Murfreesboro, Parks holds a master’s degree from MTSU with a concentration in administration and finance.

The Bank of Nashville operates 10 branches in Middle Tennessee, including the Smyrna office on Sam Ridley Parkway West.
