| On Friday, Sept. 9, Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue Department and Murfreesboro Police Department, in conjunction with other Rutherford County emergency agencies, will hold a 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at 10 a.m. at the Rutherford County Courthouse.
“We would like you to join us in remembering the fallen firefighters, police, emergency medical services, armed forces and victims of the events that occurred on Sept. 11, 2001,” MFRD Assistant Chief Allen Swader said.
MFRD Honor Guard will be presenting colors in addition to a bagpiper playing “Taps.” Guest speakers to be announced. |
