Yes, her future is pretty much ruined. But I feel for her parents, knowing the sacrifices they probably had to make to get her in school and now all that means nothing!

Custer should be charged with attempted murder. The victim was injured far worse than this article portrays. My guess is that Custer will only get a slap on the wrist and will probably do something worse to her next victim.

As a parent I knew her back in high school and even though she was in the ROTC program she was known for being a "rough" kid. So sad for everyone involved.
