The Middle Tennessee State University Career Development Center will be hosting its annual Fall Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Murphy Center on the track level.
The Fall Career Fair is the university’s largest on-campus fair of the year. Only current MTSU students with their student ID or alumni with hard copies of their resume may attend. This event is not open to the general public.
Fair organizers ask that students and alumni who attend the free event dress in professional business attire while at the career fair.
There will be a variety of organizations from business, industry and nonprofits in attendance hiring for internship and entry-level positions, including eight Fortune 100 companies. Graduate and professional schools also will be recruiting for their programs.
In total, more than 100 organizations are expected to attend.
A list of current registered employers is available at www.mtsu.edu.
The Career Development Center is a comprehensive center that serves all students in each of the university's seven colleges. Typically, 1,000 students attend the Fall Career Fair each year.
