Assistant women's basketball coach Allison Clark has announced her resignation from Middle Tennessee to pursue other career opportunities head coach Rick Insell said Tuesday.
"It is never easy when you lose someone like Allison," Insell stated. "She was a tremendous coach for our program and will not be easily replaced. She was a vital part of our success the last five years."
Clark joined the Blue Raiders as a member of Insell's first staff in 2005-06. During her tenure, Middle Tennessee advanced to the NCAA Tournament four times and produced a trio of All-Americans.
Last week assistant coach Tom Hodges resigned to take the head coaching job at Morehead State College in Kentucky. |
