F&M Bank has promoted Rhonda McCrary to sales manager of the bank’s Murfreesboro mortgage operation. McCrary will manage the growing team of lenders, processors, underwriters and support staff located at the bank’s mortgage office at 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 101, and at the F&M banking office at 802 Memorial Blvd.
McCrary is a native of middle Tennessee, a graduate of MTSU, and a 22-year Middle Tennessee mortgage veteran. McCrary has been a top mortgage lender for the bank since joining F&M in 2008. She was previously employed as a home loan specialist for First Tennessee where she was a top producer for nine years. McCrary is also a former Platinum winner with the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association.
