First Tennessee Bank announced this week Paula Mansfield has been promoted to a senior Community Banker role in Rutherford County.
“I’m very excited to have this opportunity to serve our Rutherford County customers again,” Mansfield said. “We have a great team with a lot of capabilities and I look forward to continued growth and success”.
Mansfield is a long-time Rutherford County resident and senior officer with First Tennessee.
Mansfield joined First Tennessee in 1994 as a commercial loan officer and has risen to her current level of senior vice president of Community Banking.
Over the last several years, she has worked in marketing and sales development supporting various programs aimed at increasing brand awareness and market share for the Middle Tennessee region.
Mansfield is a graduate of MTSU, and she and her family make their home in Rutherford County. She has been very active in the community and currently serves as president of RutherfordCABLE.
She serves on the board of the Middle Tennessee Transit Alliance and was selected to the inaugural class of the Civic Leadership Institute at Lipscomb University.
She holds the role of president of the Chi Omega Alumnae Chapter of Murfreesboro.
Previously, Mansfield has held board positions for the Rutherford County Chapter of the American Heart Association, Linebaugh Library Foundation and MTSU Foundation.
