Michael A. Bingham, age 49, of Murfreesboro died heroically in a fire at his home on January 4, 2010.
He was a devoted father, husband, son and brother, who worked for the Murfreesboro Housing Authority after serving 8 years in the United States Air Force.
His survivors include his wife, Kimberley Walker Bingham; daughter, Brianna Nicole Bingham; sons, Kameron Michael Bingham, Eric Moye; mother, Mattie Oden; father, Frank McClain, Jr.; sisters, Fairest Oden, Tracy McClain; brothers, James Oden, Medrick McClain, Marlow McClain; aunts, Pauline Gaines, Cornell Bingham, Lula Williams, Barbara Figgins, Linda Motley; uncles, Cleo Bingham, Elbert McClain, Thomas McClain, Clarence "Sacum" McClain, Steve McClain; mother-in-law, Deloris Miles and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation with his family is Saturday, January 9, 2010 at First Baptist Church, 738 E. Castle St., Murfreesboro from 12 noon - 1 p.m. The funeral is at 1 p.m. and Pastor Vincent Windrow will be officiating and Pastor Keith Ireland will be the eulogist. Interment, Evergreen Cemetery.
