Ralph Ringstaff has been named Murfreesboro City Schools’ Human Resource Director to replace Lee Wilkerson, who became the principal of Cason Lane Academy in July.

Ringstaff was with Williamson County Schools where he served as the System’s County Athletic Programs Director from 2007 - 2010. Prior to employment with Williamson County, he worked in Human Resources for twenty-six years in various capacities.
 
Ringstaff holds an undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Professional Human Resources Certification.

He has been a member of the: Board of Directors of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Industrial Managers Association, Health Council, and Franklin Special School District’s School to Career Board (Chair), and was named the 2010 TASSA Administrator of the Year and Williamson County Education Association’s 2006 School Board Member of the Year.
