If you have not applied since July 2010 you may be eligible for assistance on your energy bill.

Or you may call (615) 742-1113 ext. 19 to have an application mailed to you.

For household member’s proof of all monthly income, copy of Social Security Cards, and a copy of your Energy bill must be provided.
