Mary Louise Moore, 80, of Smyrna, Tenn., died Oct. 23, 2013.
The lifelong Smyrna resident was a member of the Baptist church. She was a retired hair dresser who had worked at Food Lion in Smyrna.
Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her parents, Walter Burns and Bobbie May Hayes Burns; son, Eugene Thomas “Butch” Moore; brother, Eugene Roberson; and sister, Dorothy Ann Roberson.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Hickson and husband, Patrick. of North Augusta, S.C., Bobbie Snoddy and husband, Jeffery, of Smyrna, Walter Franklin Moore and wife, Sue, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Jimmy Clyde Moore and wife, Lisha, of Hawaii; eight grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lora May Koening, of California, Jerry Williams Roberson, of Oklahoma, Clara Estell Richardson, of Nashville, Tenn., and Barbara Sue Jenkins of La Vergne, Tenn.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. before a memorial service at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna.
The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Woodfin Chapel. Michael Simpson and Eddie West will officiate.
