Mary Kathleen Smith, age 66, of Murfreesboro, passed away on March 12, 2013 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. She was a native of Menomonee Falls, Wisc., but lived in Rutherford County for the past nine years.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, John Hill II and Jane Mary Shoemaker Hill. She is survived by her husband, Richard Raymond Smith of Murfreesboro; son, Daniel Richard Smith of Murfreesboro; daughter, Jane Mary Smith-Jeter of Murfreesboro; and grandchildren, Hagan Andrew Gill-Smith, Derrick Richard Smith, Evan Ray Smith and Mary Kathleen Smith.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
