MARY JO MILLS, age 74, of Murfreesboro, died September 29, 2010.

Mrs. Mills was a native of Washington, Kansas, and daughter of the late Adolf and Mary Novak Hein.  A graveside service will be Friday at 11:00 AM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor John Wiegley officiating.  Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 Thursday and 9:30 until 10:30 AM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Mills is survived by a son, Chuck (Becky) Mills of Lascassas; a daughter, Marian Mills of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Mary Paige Mills and Katherine Mills; a great grandchild, Railyn  Thomas Mills; and a cousin, Dr. Linda ( Dr. Roger) Warren of Hanover, KS.  Mrs. Mills was married to the late Charles W. Mills, Sr.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Julia Ann Mills.

Mrs. Mills was a member of The Murfreesboro Seventh Day Adventist Church.  She was retired director of nursing at Community Care of Rutherford County
