Mary Hatton Adams Sneed passed away on December 12, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. 

She was a native and lifelong resident of Rutherford County.  Mary retired from Sewart Air Force Base in Smyrna, TN and owned and operated Shamrock Apartments.  She was also a lifelong member of First Baptist Church and a devoted choir member for over fifty years.  She had great love for her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Sneed, parents; Marcus Franklin and Anna Euphemia Adams. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie S. Bullard of Murfreesboro, TN, sister, Angie Martin of Murfreesboro, TN, grandchildren; Carla Perkins, and Mary Euphenia Jakes, great-grandchildren; Felicia and Chad Jakes.
Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home. A church service will be 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday at 1st Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN with Dr. Eugene Cotey and Dr. Mike Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Milton Cemetery.
