A man accused of raping two teens and soliciting them for sex was indicted on 75 charges and a co-defendant was indicted on five counts by grand jurors last week.

Terry Lee Wilson, 47, of Wellington Drive and Stephanie Bryan, 21, of Livingston, Tenn., were indicted on sealed indictments. They were charged and booked into Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.

Murfreesboro Police Detective Tommy Roberts launched the investigation in December after receiving a complaint. One of the girls reported Wilson took photographs of her at his home.

During an interview, the girl “disclosed that Terry had sexual intercourse with her on two occasions” and performed a sexual act on her on another occasion, Roberts reported.

The indictments accused Wilson of having sexual intercourse with two girls between the ages of 13 and 18 by using force or coercion.

Roberts executed a search warrant at Wilson's home where he confiscated computers, cameras and other electronic equipment sent to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for analysis.

Grand jurors indicted him for:

• One count of sexual exploitation of a minor by possessing more than 100 items showing minors engaged in sexual activity.

• One count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

• Forty-one counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor by exchanging photographs.

• Three counts of soliciting a girl for sexual exploitation.

• Seven counts of rape of the two girls.

• Three counts of solicitation of a minor for rape.

• Seven counts of aggravated statutory rape.

• Three counts of solicitation of a minor for aggravated statutory rape.

• Three counts of statutory rape.

• One count of felonious possession of marijuana.

• One count of solicitation sexual exploitation of a minor.

• Three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Possession of stolen property.

Bryan was indicted on charges of three counts of statutory rape and two counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. Roberts accused her of having sex with one of the 13-year-old victims.

Wilson was released on $250,000 bond and Bryan was released on $50,000 bond. They were expected to receive copies of their indictments Monday in Circuit Court.

Bishop I wish the court system would agree with you! My only GD was raped by a 36 year old Monster when she was 11 years old and only weighted 66 lbs. Because of him she was placed into an adult world where she should have been allowed to gradually enter. It has been hell watching her deal with the sadness, anger, and emptiness that only she can feel.We will never know the extent of her emotions that she is dealing with. We can never stop the pain and nightmares that she deals with everyday and night. We never thought we would have to watch her deal with the most senseless crime any human would have to endure.That Monster does not deserve any forgivness from us nor will he receive any!! From what I have read these child rapist can not be fixed they will find another victim as soon as the are out of prison.
