A man arrested on June 7 under a sealed indictment will appear before Judge Keith Siskin on Monday, July 14th. Suspect Adrian Bill Chandler is facing three counts of rape of a child charges.
Chandler , 69, is appearing before the court on Monday in what is called a “Discovery” date. The Discovery is the pre-trial phase where the accused learns of evidence against him that was previously collected by detectives. It will allow for Chandler to find out what evidence may be presented against him during the actual trial phase.
Chandler has been appointed a public defender. He currently remains jailed under a $100,000 bond.
