Another Murfreesboro business was broken into on Sunday. The Food Mart across from Bell Jewelers was hit by an unknown culprit who may have been caught on tape, according to a recently filed report. It was the fifth business broken into in the past week and a half in Murfreesboro.

A brick was apparently thrown through a window at the business on Northwest Broad Street. A man who was seen near the store after the window was shattered was picked up by authorities and questioned. A video tape from the store showed a male who looked similar to the man found to be walking near the business at 4:20 a.m. Sunday after the break-in occurred. A money bag was also recovered in a nearby parking lot.

Marquis Williams, 25, was later charged with burglary and theft of property. He was placed under an $8,000 bond.
